Sometimes taking the time to make someone feel really special, is just the right thing to do.
This week one of our customers decided he really wanted to surprise his wife for her birthday. He worked with us and together we planned to deliver to her – her special birthday gift – right to her driveway. Her husband really, really wanted to surprise his wife and you could feel the love this gentleman has for her and his family.
For us it was second nature. We had birthday messages, a surprise banner and big red bow on the front of her brand new 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. (In our humble opinion – the King of SUV’s).
Everything was perfectly timed, dealer owner Jim VanDusen and New Vehicle Sales Manager Bryan Reisler personally delivered the truck (birthday hats and all) and bam……
She was not only surprised, but thrilled! Now that was a happy birthday!
