" Good day, Jason:
I wanted to take a moment to share with you about my recent interaction with Norm.
I'll start by saying that over the past several years while bringing my 2017 Bolt in to be serviced (and my 2007 Ion before that), when I've spoken with Norm, he has been consistently helpful, positive, and honest. He's very friendly and enthusiastic, which is far too often lacking these days by folks in service based roles. He even remembered me by name, in spite of all the people he talks to through the course of his days, which made me feel important and valued.
Yesterday, Norm took care of me and calmly listened to my dilemma regarding getting my car towed there. He was calm and reassuring and took the time to go the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of, and that my vehicle and the customer shuttle were all ready on time, to ensue I could get my son from school on time this afternoon. I truly appreciated that.
I hope you realize how great Norm is at his job! Due to his efforts, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend to any friend/colleague with a GM vehicle that they get their car serviced at your location with Norm as their advisor.
