SHOP FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Remain fully aware of the nature of all work in progress in the mechanical shop.

B. Strictly control all aspects of Service up sell. Pre-authorize all added operations.

C. Road test vehicles that have been flagged by Advisors for additional diagnosis.

D. Ensure that Technicians obtain authorization.

E. Review and approve any change in repair responsibility and discuss with Service Advisor and Service Manager.

F. Understand and enforce the requirements for warranty administration.

G. Assist the Service Manager in the maintenance and management of a quality control system.

H. Maximize shop productivity and seek ways to make continuous improvement in work flow.

I. Ensure good housekeeping in the shop.

J. Assist with the utilitarian needs in the Dept.

K. Maintain and encourage open communication between Service Advisors and Technicians

  • 2 years + Detailing experience for Collision Center and/or New car Dealer.
  • Complete paint correction/ buffing and polishing as required.
  • Full time position Monday to Friday 8-5.
  • Proven track record

Lube Lane Technician

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary responsibility is to perform lube, oil and filter services and Quick Multi point inspections. You will also be responsible for inspecting the status of air filters, tires and break fluids.

Qualifications and Skills

2. Valid driver’s license

3. Good driving record
